Pet Policy
CEP recognizes pets as an important part of our everyday lives. With this in mind, we welcome up to 2 pets including cats, dogs, reptiles, and small caged animals such as hamsters and birds per apartment home.
Due to insurance restrictions, we are not able to accommodate ferrets, skunks, squirrels, snakes, iguanas, tarantulas, or piranhas.
Each pet must be under 50 pounds.
